For Used and Refurbished Items:
All used and refurbished products come with a 6-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product within this period, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a warranty claim.
For Brand New Items:
The warranty for brand new products will be directly linked with the manufacturer’s warranty. For details on the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the product documentation or contact the manufacturer directly.
Warranty Coverage:
- Defects in materials and workmanship are covered under the warranty.
- Repair or replacement of defective parts will be provided at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Consumable parts (e.g., laptop batteries), unless they fail to hold a charge within the first 7 days after purchase.
- Damage caused during shipping or improper handling.
- Issues arising from viruses, software malfunctions, or operating system errors.
- Compatibility issues with existing hardware or systems.
- Abnormal use, improper storage, or damage caused by misuse, spills, or unauthorized modifications.
- Physical damage to the casing or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear.
- Items with removed or tampered serial numbers.
- Items damaged during return shipping.
Warranty Process:
- Contact Us: If you believe your product has a valid warranty claim, please reach out to us via email at [email protected].
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for returning the item.
- Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to verify the warranty claim. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the product.
Please note that the warranty period will not be extended if a product or part is replaced under warranty.
